libbtf1.1.0 software package provides permutation to block triangular form library for sparse matrices, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbtf1.1.0
libbtf1.1.0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbtf1.1.0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbtf1.1.0 *
You will get with libbtf1.1.0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
